Our conference abstract and paper collection systems are customized to your requirements. The abstract and paper collection system allows your conference easily manage abstracts and papers for your conference. Each conference site is customized to meet your abstract or paper collection needs. Each site is also customized to match your existing conference site for seemless integration. With our review modules, we can quickly customize the abstract and/or paper review process to meet your conference needs.

You can control the content of all the system emails. Included is a complete contact database of all your authors, co-authors, speakers, reviewers and committee members. You can easily communicate with these groups through Contact Management module.

Scheduling! - Another important module allows you to schedule all of your speakers. This Program Management module allows you to create all the conference sessions and schedule all the abstracts and speakers into those sessions. You may also wish to include in this  module, the ability for your attendees to build their own itinerary based on the conference program.

Collect the speaker presentions - The author module allows you to add the capability to include collection of the speaker presentations in advance of your meetings.

Copyright management is important - The Copyright module allows you to collection electronic or faxed copyrights from all your authors. For more information on this go to our Copyright screen

 

Abstracts can be peer reviewed and sent to any number of reviewers for comments or scoring/rating.

Author clicks on link and go to Author screen. Author must first register to submit an abstract, unless the author is already a member of the site. Once Author registers, Author receives email with login and may then login.

Author site contains navigation menu to allow the Author to update his/her profile, submit an abstract and update any abstracts the Author has submitted already. Once an Author submits an abstract, the Author may add Co-Authors. Each Co-Author will receive a confirmation emailwith a login. The Co-Author may view the submitted abstract and submit a new abstract also.

The abstract form will be customized to the requirements of the conference and may include a file upload as part of the submission
