CHALLENGE
- Pre printing badges before the event was time consuming
- Badges would become dated after being printed, and printing badges on site was difficult
- Tracking session attendance was painful for admins and members with manual sign in sheets for tracking CME credits
- Taking payments from attendees on site was clunkuy
SOLUTIONS
- X-CD the OnSite App in 2023 for the first time for badge printing and CE Session Scanning
- In 2024 X-CD introduced X-CD Payments on site, which was utilized for taking outstanding registration balances using the On Site Module
- Donation Kiosk was used on site to collect donations to the Macula Endowment store which is managed through X-CD
OUTCOMES
- Significantly reduced the administrative burden on staff before, during and after the event
- All badges and reprints are printed on demand from badge kiosks
- All attendee guests passes and tickets print sequentially after the main attendee checks in
- Attendees administered CME check ins indipendently from CME Session Scanning Kiosk
- Frictionless payments on site for attendees with balances, or who donated to endowment
