Onsite Registration Module

This module allows allow the Client’s system administrator(s) to do the following:

• Fast check-in streamlined screen for registration staff allows registration staff to quickly check in attendees, edit/add registrations, accept payments. All transactions occur on your registration site
• Onsite check-in requires internet access (hard cabled is recommended)
• Ability to add credit card swipers integrated with onsite module* 
• Optional QR codes for scan-in options or lead retrieval*
• Ability to integrate with both X-CD exhibitor and attendee modules to print both badges
• Ability to print by category from A-Z eg. complete attendees, incomplete attendees, board members, volunteers, exhibitors, etc.
• Ability to print all badges in advance of conference and only walk-ins and changes at conference venue  
• Ability to print all badges on demand at the conference venue
• X-CD will assist by remote access with printer software installation
• Printer Options:               
  • Zebra ZD500 printer prints one side black and white on 4 x 3 fanfold paper.  Blank stock or color logos can be ordered in advance from pcnametag.com
  • Standard Laser Jet Printer with 8 1/2 x 11 pre-perforated card stock badge sheets:
    • X-CD supplied badge sheet are either 4” × 3” badges plus 16 – 1” x 4” tickets or 6” × 4” badges plus 10 – 1” x 4” tickets
    • 4 x 3 or 6 x 4 badges fold over so appear in badge holders as two sided print
    • Pre-printed badge sheets with color logo can be ordered in advance*  
    • Tickets print based on individual attendees purchases in the registration system 
    • Tickets can include purchase title and name of attendee
    • Extra tickets can be added outside of registration system eg. Drink Ticket, Conference Bag Ticket
    • Print registrants alphabetically from A-Z within registration categories eg. complete attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, students, etc.
    • Can print bulk of badge sheets in advance or at conference venue
    • Can print all badge sheets at conference venue on demand
    • Prints on standard color or black and white printers (depends on Client printer)
